This is a great opportunity to join our recruitment team as an In-house Lead Recruiter based in our Dublin Head Office. Competitive Basic Salary & Commission Bonus (depending on experience); 26 days holiday per year (plus Bank Holidays) rising by 1 day per year up to 31 days. Ideal Location: Dublin, Ireland, D24
Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office minimum.
The role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role within a forward-thinking in-house Recruitment Team. As the Lead Recruiter you'll provide proactive resourcing solutions to your clients (primarily in the field sales arena) and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes. Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential. You’ll work as a tight knit team, shaping and agreeing priorities to ensure everyone works as effectively as possible to deliver results for our client teams. You will line manage a small team of Recruiters plus temporary recruiters as required. You will guide and motivate your team to achieve results and meet all agreed client SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the recruitment of staff across our business, Retail, Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Operations and Head Office roles
2. Build strategic partnerships with your internal clients updating them regularly.
3. Manage, support and coach your direct reports to deliver against SLA’s, develop and grow.
4. Proactively plan ahead, managing resource and workload.
5. Develop effective solutions. Leverage all relevant opportunities and avenues for candidate generation, directing Recruiters and using agreed budgets to source the best candidates using reactive and proactive methods.
6. Support and direct team members in writing job adverts and decide how and where jobs will be advertised.
7. Design and assist with interviewing and assessment days.
8. Become the expert for your area, staying abreast of market trends, providing clients and the recruitment team with insight and advice.

16. Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary.
Essential criteria:
17. IT literate – including Outlook, Word and Excel
18. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, CV searching and experience using social media for recruitment
19. Full UK driving licence
