Office Manager
Location: Maynooth, Kildare. Onsite.
Our client, a leader in the technical construction industry, delivers outstanding turnkey projects worldwide are seeking an Office Manager to join their team. Please note this role will require full time attendance in the office in Maynooth.
Key Responsibilities as an Office Manager:
Office Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure daily upkeep and cleanliness of the office and manage its day-to-day operations.
Travel Management: Handle bookings and amendments for flights, accommodations, and other travel needs, including managing travel invoices and expenses.
Administrative Tasks: Oversee office postage, deliveries, supplies, and phone lines, and liaise with building management and service providers.
IT and Equipment Support: Assist with IT issues, set up equipment for new starters, and manage accounts.
Staff Support: Greet guests, coordinate meetings, update staff records, assist with onboarding, arrange training programs, handle complaints, and provide employee relations advice. Promote staff wellbeing and recognize achievements.
HR Assistance: Support employee recruitment, orientation, and maintain personnel records.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Financial Oversight: Assist with budget management, expense reporting, and financial record-keeping.
Communication Management: Handle internal and external communications, ensuring effective information flow.
Qualifications:
Experience as an office manager or similar role
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
