HR Manager
Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning, multi-site food manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of a HR Manager to lead their existing HR function within Galway to provide specialist HR Support to over 200 employees across two sites.

What will you do as HR Manager?
As HR Manager, you will be reporting to The Group Operations Manager to provide specialist HR Support to the Senior Leadership team and employees on all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning and Development.
Duties include;
7. Devise, revise and deliver on the full end to end recruitment process ie. talent attraction, interviewing and onboarding.
8. Provide specialist coaching and mentoring to senior and departmental management on all aspects of HR including recruitment, training and compensation
9. Lead the execution of HR strategies and employee initiatives in alignment with company vision and objectives
10. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management meetings
11. Identify opportunities for HR process improvement ie. recruitment and onboarding processes

What will you require as a HR Manager?
12. Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience within a large-scale and fast-paced environment
13. Skilled in leading employee relations cases, managing recruitment and creating training initiatives
14. Experienced in delivering HR strategies, coaching management and assisting with HR Administration
15. Obtained degree (preferably in Human Resources)
16. Driving licence to commute a minimum of once a month to other company site
