Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. You will work with creatives, CDs and account teams to facilitate the end-to-end production of campaigns, from scoping the creative, facilitating shoots and delivering the final assets.
2. You confidently manage all costs, delivering against the agreed budget and on the agreed schedule are accountable for all production cost management (billing, reconciliation etc.). You will communicate any expected overages quickly and succinctly to the account team ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of the financial management of their productions, at all times

3. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
4. A creative problem-solver that brings solutions to the table. The answer ‘no’ should never be given without solutions being offered.
5. A team player who embraces the agency culture, gets involved with the various initiatives, enjoys working in a team, celebrates the successes of the agency and their peers and keeps pushing for better work
6. Always remains positive, calm and motivated, inspiring colleagues to maintain a similar attitude.
7. Open and willing to share your growing knowledge of emerging talent and industry developments in production with the team as well as the wider agency.
8. You are confident in managing small to medium sized AV budgets, radio production budgets and working to tight deadlines.

10. You are gaining knowledge of legalities around areas such as BCAP codes.
