Merchandiser
Salary: Up to €30,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer displays, ensuring they are kept up to date and placing stock orders. You will also be a point of contact for our team of Area Sales Managers across the Republic of Ireland.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Accountability for the performance of a defined area, making sure that instructions are met and exceeded. Instructions include:
2. - Call rates specified by the Sales Manager
3. - Percentage of buyers seen to call ratio specified by the Sales Manager
4. - Order rate to call ratio specified by the Sales Manager
5. Ensure that stock levels are kept at maximum and customer displays are always neat and tidy.
6. Set up displays for new and existing customers
7. Keep product knowledge up to date and be able to demonstrate product samples on specific products.
8. Provide efficient and timely responses to general administration, expenses and reporting responsibilities.
9. Attend end user trade shows as required which may involve weekend working.
10. Generate and implement an efficient journey plan to effectively manage your area.
11. Cover for Area Sales Managers when required.

13. Previous experience within the tool Industry would be an advantage
14. Ability to work as part of a team
15. Strong administrative skills
16. Exceptional negotiation skills
17. Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
18. The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships
19. Clean driving licence
20. Strong IT skills
