CCoI operates Residential and Day Services across 16 locations, in which residents and day-attendees are supported to live an ordinary life, a life like any other. We are currently recruiting for anArea Services Manager to join our team across the Northern Region (Leinster)supporting the following locations: Dublin, Monaghan & Kildare Job Title:Area Services Manager Contract:Fixed Term for approx. 6 months Location:Northern Region (Leinster) Hours: Fulltime - 40 hours per week Salary: €59,542 - €77,403 per annum (plus €2,000 on call allowance per annum) You will have the opportunity to work as part of a committed team, we offer a competitive salary, and you will have access to collaborative and learning work within a leading national organisation. What you will need: A minimum of a Level 8 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care or in a relevant professional discipline. Nursing, Psychology, Behaviour Support Speciality. Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management ora Management Qualification. A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care. Have a minimum of five years experience working in the disability sector. Experience of ensuring services are run in accordance with HIQA regulations. Demonstrable and operational knowledge of HIQA and relevant legislation, policies and procedures. Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
