Here at Paul Byron Shoes, we are currently recruiting enthusiastic and talented Omni Channel Customer Service Specialists to join our fast-growing and dynamic Head Office Team. Working with our E-commerce and store teams you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction while also participating in ad-hoc projects assigned by the Website Manager.
This role is mid-week work only with no weekends available
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via email and telephone.
* General administration.
* Provide relevant advice to customers primarily by phone but also through other communication channels as required - including email, web chat and social media platforms.
* Be a key member of the Web Team, focused on optimising customer experience to drive digital conversion.
* Develop a good working knowledge of the stock, working in conjunction with other e-commerce staff and warehouse managers.
Requirements:
* Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and processes.
* Organised- able to work to deadlines under pressure
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills - capable of working closely with many different areas of the business.
* Knowledge of Klavyio marketing tool an advantage.

Job Types: Part-Time, Permanent
Pay: €13.00 per hour DOE
Expected hours: minimum 20-37.5 per week
