Working hours - Saturday-Sunday 9am-5:30pm (16 Hours per week)
Salary: 12.82/hour plus Sunday premium of 25%

Covalen is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our team, we are into Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Services provision across the world. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting our financial client who is growing in the Irish market.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, the ability to multi-task, resolve issues quickly and have excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and timely manner.
2. Receiving inbound calls from customers answering various banking queries.
3. Drive sales to achieve targets.
4. Identify, convert or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
5. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Eager to learn and grown within the company.
8. Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass all relevant background checks.

Candidate will go through a 8 week training from Mon-Fri (Full time) at the start of their employment
