M&E Commissioning Manager - Limerick
Working on Irelands largest and most innovative projects, Sisk are leaders in groundbreaking strategies, client delivery and innovative project management.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled M&E Commissioning Manager for our Bon Secours project in Limerick, where you will be working closely with the M&E Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have previous hospital experience.
You will be:
1. Supporting the delivery of the Building Services Strategy Plan and objectives
2. Supporting the tender and award of MEP packages in accordance with the required Project
3. Ensuring the Temporary Electrical requirements for their projects, including load and energy assessments are in line with the Management System Guidelines.
4. Taking responsibility for MEP Integration and Project delivery as part of the overall project team
5. Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
6. Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.
7. Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.
8. Ensuring the finalisation of Building Services Installation and Commissioning programmes are aligned and integrated with the main Construction Programme
You will have:
9. 10+ years work experience in managing large scale and complex MEP related Projects. (Ideally Hospital and Commercial)
10. An understanding of the MEP supply chain market and dynamics in which the company operates.
11. Professional Competence through operational involvement in all phases of large-scale complex projects from Estimating, Pre- Construction, installation, commissioning, demonstration, and handover.
12. An understanding of H&S policies and live energy practices and have positive safety values and behaviours.
13. The drive for importance of implementation of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management / Handover plans
