Job description i as under
* Provide an efficient and effective Customs Clearance Service ensuring administration procedures are carried out in line with Revenue and GLS standards.
* Produce metrics and reports for assigned customers as required - daily/weekly/monthly.
* Undertake new tasks, in line with business development, as directed by Customs Manager.
* Communicate with the operations departments on a daily basis.
* Ensure company issues are effectively worked in a timely manner.
* Ensure that all data sent to Revenue is fully accurate within timelines
* Minimum 2 years' experience using Thyme IT software.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
* Liaise with both internal and external customers and ensure all clearance queries and requests are resolved/followed through in a timely and effective manner.
While this is a 8 am to 5 pm shift, Monday to Friday, it may also be expected to do an evening shift should
a work colleague go on leave. Appropriate cross training shall be provided.
