Description
The TOP (Turnover Package) Documentation Coordinator will assemble and deliver the final TOP to the customer. This role will coordinate efforts across several departments for completion of the TOP.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Support ABEC practices and guidelines.
2. Able to multitask.
3. Preparing documents using Excel and Microsoft Word.
4. Participate in internal project meetings.
5. Create project folders per the Customer Documentation Requirements.
6. Pulling Certifications and Manuals utilizing ABEC Business System.
7. Coordinate cross-functional efforts for completion of final TOP to the customer.
8. Creation of digital and paper copies of final TOP.
9. Coordinate closure of any internal and customer TOP punch list items.
10. Prepare shipping and transmittal documents for customer
11. Upload TOP to customer via; share-point, fusion etc.
12. Will play an active role in identifying and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunity.
13. Follow all safety rules and policies.
14. Execute other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
15. HS Diploma
16. Experience with cGMP or ISO 0
17. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
18. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
19. Detail oriented and ability to prioritize
20. Good at multitasking
21. Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus.
22. Prior Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus
23. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: specifically, Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and Adobe/Foxit
