The role: Working with the Bar Manager and Food and Beverage Team be responsible for the day to day running of the bar areas including food and beverage service while ensuring a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests. The Assistant Bar Manager will: Ensure the all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service; Respond appropriately to the requirement of the business; Train to ensure compliance to standards at all levels within the team; Assist in stock control management; Compliance with all licensing, legal and regulatory requirements; Ensuring appropriate returns and cash handling procedures are adhered to.
