Responsibilities:
* Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department
* Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Training, supervising and motivating housekeeping staff
* Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards
* Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
* Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Catering & Hospitality industry
* Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and hygiene
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
