Job Description
Responsibilities
· Welcome guests into the Spa area, providing them with a high level of personal attention
· Maintain the cleanliness of the entire Spa ensuring it is clean, tidy, and sanitised
· Pre-treatment consultation to understand the gusts comfort level and medical history
· Ensure that the guest’s treatment experience is both comfortable and pleasant throughout
· Ensure lockers are always cleaned and stocked with clean linen
· Attend to guests in the relaxation/waiting areas offering refreshments and reading materials
· Consistently strive to achieve sales targets in accordance with the monthly budget
· Maintain stock at the correct level following approved standards
· Use products in accordance with the recommended quantities and methods
· Attend training courses as and when required by the Spa Manager
· Observe health and safety standards in accordance with company standards
Hours
The Spa is open 7 days per week.
Salary: per hour & commission on sales (treatments & products)
Additional pay:

Qualifications
· CIBTAC or ITEC Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
· Excellent verbal and written English
· Well presented with high standard of personal grooming
· Fully flexible to work the hours required to support the needs of the business
