We are currently recruiting a Mobile Patrol Officer in the Dublin area for a full-time position. Rate of pay €15.15 per hour plus a Night Shift Allowance of €16.80 per shift, plus a Sunday Allowances of €3.44 per hour.
The role is flexible, rostering on nightshift between Monday to Sunday and occasional weekend dayshifts.
**A full clean drivers license is essential for this position**

Primary function is the prevention of anything that is likely to cause loss, waste, damage or inconvenience to the client or its customers.
Expectations of this position are to:
1. Full-time 36 hours per week contract
2. To provide a variety of mobile services including patrol & alarm response, escort duties and assisting with out of hours deliveries
3. To endeavour to provide excellent customer service to all Securitas Mobile Customers
4. To be fully aware and compliant in relation to SOP 013
5. To be fully aware of procedures and escalation processes in emergency situations
6. Carry out thorough vehicle and equipment checks at handover and complete relevant documentation
7. To complete a run sheet documenting each task carried out during the shift
8. To compile incident and activation reports to a legible and accurate standard on a daily basis
9. To maintain company vehicles to the required standard reflecting a professional company image at all times
10. To ensure security of company vehicle at all times
11. To keep secure and confidential all specific customer information
12. To attend training courses as required
13. To carry out other tasks/duties that may be required to continue the efficient running of the business
14. To wear the uniform supplied in a way that projects professionalism
15. To feedback opportunities for new business to the Branch
16. To be respectful towards customers property and premises
17. To liaise with Team Leader at the start of the shift to discuss operation issues/changes
18. To be vigilant in relation to Health & Safety Issues both from a personal point of view and form a customers point of view and report accordingly
19. To complete tasks within a reasonable agreed timescale
20. To drive the fleet vehicle in a professional and legal manner ensuring compliance with Road Traffic Regulations
21. Fully and satisfactorily complete all of the training that has been agreed is necessary for the particular site.
22. Fully and satisfactorily complete all of the tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
23. Proactively refer to and review the published Assignment Instructions, thus familiarising oneself with any changes and in order to suggest changes that can proactively improve or enhance the level of service.
24. Where required, monitor CCTV system.
25. Look out for, and to immediately report, any Health & Safety hazards, or potential hazards, on client location.
26. Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment in order to take the appropriate action in order to reduce the chance of disruption, loss or damage.
27. Use common sense and initiative by immediately involving others if a situation appears to become threatening.
28. Complete an accurate, detailed notebook entry as soon as possible after any incident, which can then be used as part of the Incident Report process
Minimum requirements:
29. Good P.C skills
30. Fluent English essential
31. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
32. Excellent organisational skills
33. Be fully flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends.
34. A good knowledge of the Dublin area
35. A valid PSA Licence is essential
36. A full clean drivers licence is essential
