Role: Our client is a leading provider in the Insurance industry who is looking to hire a Regulatory Reporting Manager. The Manager reports directly to the Controller of Financial Reporting and will play a critical role in the regulatory reporting consolidation process. The Manager will manage Solvency II Financial Reporting including quarterly and annual regulatory submissions and associated reporting. This is an exciting role for someone who is a high calibre, ambitious, experienced insurance accountant with drive, determination and the ambition to put their stamp on matters. Key Responsibilities: Actively manage / participate in the production of full year and quarterly Regulatory reporting Quarterly, bi-annual and annual QRTs and NSTs, SFCR and RSR reports for both Ireland and the UK; Coordination and management of NCID returns; Analysis and presentation of change in quarterly regulatory results including Own Funds to local committees for sign off; Solvency II Reporting - Quarterly and Annually Audit Committee / Risk Committee and Board reporting Preparing financial analysis to drive insights for senior management. Improve processes through automation as the company grows. Managing annual external regulatory audit providing finance information and process walkthroughs as needed Skill Required: Qualified Professional, 4 years + experience in financial regulated industry Big 4 Accounting Practice background with audit experience is preferable. Have knowledge and experience of Non-life insurance & financial services. Essential to have IFRS reporting and Solvency II experience and be comfortable with the requirements of the reporting regulations Benefits: Competitive Salary Flexible working model - with only 1 day a week mandated in the Dublin office.
