Quality Assurance Manager (QMS SME)
Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with extensive QMS expertise? My client, a rapidly growing global biopharma company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. This is a key leadership role that will play a pivotal part in the commercialisation of their new biopharmaceutical portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the site SME on Quality Systems issues, providing expert guidance.
2. Develop and maintain performance measurements for the Quality System, reporting at management reviews and quality performance meetings.
3. Lead the implementation of new Quality Systems initiatives.
4. Provide technical leadership across functional areas and collaborate with key stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with Regulatory Authorities and internal company requirements by managing and developing the Quality System.
Requirements:
6. Degree qualified, preferably in a scientific or engineering discipline.
7. 6-8 years of Quality Assurance experience, ideally within biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
8. Extensive experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
9. Proven people management experience is essential.
