Job Description
A Candidate Experience Coordinator is required to provide an outstanding candidate experience within the Talent Acquisition team of a Limerick-based leading biopharmaceutical company.
Summary: The Candidate Experience Coordinator will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, working together with the team to lead the entire candidate experience from start to finish, delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Candidate Experience is an ongoing process to consistently provide the best experience to applicants. It's about ensuring fast, consistent and proactive communication to build candidate engagement, so we can develop and leverage relationships with past and present candidates, as well as potential future ones.
As a Candidate Experience Coordinator a typical day may include :
1. Liaising with the Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Specialists to assist in handling candidate relationships.
2. Using a high touch approach to proactively connect with past, present and potential future candidates.
3. Consistently tracking, measuring and reporting on candidate survey results.
4. Working with partners to identify opportunities to increase efficiency of candidate experience activity.
5. Supporting the Coordinators in the creation and management of detailed and personalised candidate interview schedules.
6. Participating and / or leading recruitment process improvement projects.
7. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Specialists by taking on additional tasks to help handle increased volumes or ad hoc requests
Education and Experience:
8. Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ years meaningful experience or significant experience in lieu of education.
9. Experience in a similar role or in a HR/Talent Acquisition function is preferred.
10. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

12. Passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience you proactively collaborate with partners, thinking logically, you learn quickly and are curious, constantly looking for ways to improve the candidate experience.
13. Working with a sense of urgency you have outstanding attention to detail, you'll use your skills to guide partners, directly engaging both active and passive candidates at a wide range of levels.
