Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards. Ensure consistent quality across all dishes. Help manage food stock and inventory. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times. Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health standards. Train and mentor junior staff as required. Contribute to menu development and innovation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie (CDP). Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player with excellent leadership and communication skills. Passionate about culinary arts and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
