We support over 80 adults with intellectual disabilities in our dedicated and compassionate environment. Role Overview We are seeking a key driver and champion to support people in living fulfilling, self-determined lives. The PIC will lead daily operations in collaboration with their line manager, acting as a central communicator for families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community. Flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to our vision are essential. Qualifications Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Children's). Relevant Management qualification (required). CORU registration (where applicable). Requirements Full, clean driving license and own transport (manual). 3+ years in a managerial healthcare role. Knowledge of HIQA standards and certification. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Proven leadership ability and experience in resource planning.
