Mark Anthony Brands International (MABIUC) is a leading multinational alcohol beverage business, known for successful brands such as White Claw, Glendalough Whiskey & Gin, Bearface, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and many more!
We develop and market a wide variety of alcohol brands ranging from premium spirits to Ready to Drink (RTDs) beverages. Sales of our U.S. focused brands total more than 85m cases per annum through our US affiliate Mark Anthony Brands Inc., the fastest growing major beer co. in the United States. Location
This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer hybrid working arrangements within Ireland.
Due to continued growth we are moving to a new office in January 2025. You'll find our new address at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. - Exciting times ahead!
What you’ll do
As our new Manager, Digital Business Architect for the Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) team, you will drive the development of B2C digital capabilities by shaping future visions and integration roadmaps. From defining business requirements to deploying solutions, you will play a key role in rolling out critical integrations across brands and markets.
The ideal candidate should be an expert in digital technology solutions, with a deep understanding of best practices and best-in-class technologies across the digital value chain, coupled with a strong grasp of marketing processes, organizational structures, and value creation strategies.
Additional key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with Product Owners to identify opportunities for enhancing B2C digital capabilities, recommending suitable tools and technologies to address evolving requirements.
* Develop and drive the integration strategy by translating technology needs into clear business requirements and communicating their value to stakeholders.
* Maintain a comprehensive integrations roadmap, ensuring a holistic view of all requirements across digital teams.
* Orchestrate the rollout of B2C digital initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation across brands and markets.
* Mitigate risks associated with new integration capabilities, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with organizational goals.
* Work cross-functionally with teams including Technical Product Owners, Architects, IT, and Brand and Market teams to deliver impactful digital solutions
What you’ll bring
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience managing digital projects in B2C environments.
* Expertise in integration strategies and tools like Braze, Segment CDP, and Martech solutions.
* Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills across global teams.
* Experience in FMCG, Beverage, or CPG industries is an advantage.
