What you’ll be doing:
You will be the voice of our company, dealing with various customer enquiries and ensuring that they are handled with professionalism and care. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills, grow your career, and work in a fun and supportive environment.
1. Providing excellent customer service with a key focus on doing the right thing for each customer – deliver solutions that meet their individual needs.
2. Identifying vulnerable customers and adapting approach, providing additional support when required.
3. Handling escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, logging accurately
4. Dealing with a wide range of queries across telephony / email / web chat / channels
What we’re looking for:
5. Previous experience within a similar role
6. Proficient in using various computer applications and software simultaneously
7. An attentive listener who can empathise and adjust to different customer needs
8. A self-motivated individual who takes responsibility for customer issues and follows them through to resolution
9. A positive and enthusiastic person who shares our vision of delivering excellent customer service every time
10. On the days you work from home you will require a quiet and comfortable workspace with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and at least 10 Mbps download speed
11. The ability to work on a hybrid basis from our office in Clonakilty is essential.
12. The ability to train full time for 3 weeks.
13. The ability to start employment* on Monday 26th August 2024.
