Great National Ballykisteen Hotel at Limerick Junction, Tipperary has a fantastic opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join their exceptional and expanding team, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service at all times. You will lead our Front Office team to ensure the highest standards are met, acting as an ambassador for the hotel and fostering great guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver the highest standard of service to all guests and address any queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
* Lead and develop the Front Office Team to ensure consistent delivery of company standards.
* Stay informed about hotel operations and communicate relevant information to other departments.
* Oversee and manage daily online bookings, reservations, and group bookings.
* Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and maximise room revenue.
* Maintain strong communication channels within and across departments.
* Monitor staff appearance and hygiene, and maintain high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
* Prepare staff rosters efficiently to control labour costs and ensure adequate coverage.
* Assist with sales efforts by conducting site inspections and maintaining knowledge of room rates and packages.
* Conduct Duty Management Shifts as required.
