Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive the growth of the company.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
5. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that sales proposals and solutions meet client needs.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet company targets.
7. Provide ongoing support to clients and manage client expectations.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure that the company is offering innovative solutions.
9. Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client data.
10. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s brand and generate new business leads.
11. Leverage your network to develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
12. Strong knowledge of all IT systems and Technical support issues.
13. 2 + years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the IT solutions or cyber security industry.
14. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.
15. Knowledge of IT systems and solutions is an advantage.
