About the role
This role will support the Healthcare team, responsibilities will involve providing full general secretarial support including but not limited to:
1. Digital audio typing
2. Court administration: Preparation of court documents, pleadings and briefs; liaising with Counsel
3. Document management
4. Filing, photocopying, scanning, answering the phone, making appointments and liaising with clients
5. Opening, closing and maintaining client files
6. Other duties as may arise depending on the workload across the Cork office
Background and experience:
7. Full training will be provided but ideally applicants would have a minimum of two years legal secretarial experience and knowledge of the Court systems and ways of working
8. Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
9. Medical background would be advantageous

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
