Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job posting to on boarding. Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees. Implement policies and procedures to promote fair and consistent employee relations practices. Address grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a productive and positive work environment. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Develop career development plans and succession planning strategies.
