The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure SOPs are in place and implemented for 7 locations around Ireland. This is the perfect role for somebody who wants to learn about, and be involved in, every area of a business. Key Responsibilities To assist in auditing and reporting on standards for each of these locations every month. Assist with maintaining a shared drive for the company while ensuring records are kept up to date weekly. Assist the Head of Operations with labour KPI and rostering management. Communicate directly with site management to ensure pre-agreed deadlines are met. Implement SOPs and policy changes as directed Collaborate with the marketing department and ensure the successful implementation of both site specific and group wide sales promotions. Manage, drive and report on internal sales incentives across the 7 locations Oversee PPM & contractor function Monitor stock takes & stock holding levels Monitor cash discrepancies and follow up with investigation Manage HR compliance Monitor Rosters on a weekly basis and report versus actuals bi-weekly. Act as Investigation or Disciplinary Officer in HR process Assist with recruitment at all levels. Manage training function inc. LMS (2025), Statutory Training & Service/Standards. Co-ordinate maintenance staff and maintain list of required tasks Carry out on-site service and standards training with all staff from General Manager to General Cinema Operative. Assist with refurbishment projects and new builds. Co-ordinate mystery shopper initiative to receive valuable service and experience feedback Skills & Experience: Highly organised, strong team player and ability to work in fast paced environment.
