Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our sales team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with door-to-door sales experience, including supervising a field sales team and setting and monitoring KPIs. As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance, managing the team, and delivering impactful sales campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team to achieve high performance through continuous training, communication, and feedback.
* Conduct group training sessions to address identified skills gaps and improve team performance.
* Ensure that team targets and individual goals are met.
* Review daily team performance and provide guidance to support team members in achieving sales targets.
* Collaborate with team leads and sales management to implement and optimize scheduled sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
* Conduct compelling sales presentations, highlighting key service features and addressing customer queries.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Engage directly with potential customers, delivering a confident, customer-centric approach.
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities to ensure smooth follow-up.
Requirements
* Proven experience in door-to-door sales and supervising sales teams.
* Strong drive to exceed sales targets in a high-energy environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in spoken English.
* Charismatic and confident, with a customer-focused approach.
* Exceptional organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
* Full clean driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
