What You Will Do
The Customer Development Team are responsible for partnering with our retail and grocery customers in order to deliver Kenvue’s strategies and initiatives to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
In this role, you will work with the Mass Channel Lead on several key accounts and over time will take responsibility for an element of the portfolio. You will work to deliver against trading strategies and plans which achieve Kenvue’s and the customer objectives. The priority will be to focus on delivering annual objectives within the Kenvue year and customer JBP with the support of their manager.This is achieved through fostering collaborative customer relationships, aligning to customer strategy, and executing the company plan with excellence. You will also provide analytical support to the Mass Channel Lead to enable them to deliver against business targets, commercial innovation and RGM commitments.
·Deliver NTS, TI and GP objectives while achieving brand share gains in line with the business plan
·Engage with and deliver revenue growth management (RGM) efforts within the business remit
·Optimise Trade Investment, maintaining targeted TI levels, driving high quality TI evaluation, and increasing the percentage of events which deliver positive ROI.Ensure TI ledger, accruals and invoicing are managed in a timely and compliant manner
·Ensure that a robust, reliable forecast is generated for their business, with delivery within the month, at M-3 and for the full year
·Build an external perspective to anticipate future marketplace changes and develop solutions to drive positive results for Kenvue
·Deliver high quality customer contact driving positive engagement at buyer level, and across functions within the customer
·Deliver annual business plan, including JBP agreements where applicable
·Deliver Kenvue key initiatives through executing with excellence
·Contribute to commercial innovation and deliver these projects within the business plan
·Build strong internal partnerships to enable delivery of key customer projects
·Provide required analytical and technical support to the Mass Channel Lead
Qualifications
