Role: General Manager
Location: Cliffs of Moher Retail, Co. Clare.
Contract: Permanent, hours rostered Monday to Sunday.

About You:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to join the Cliffs of Moher Retail team in, Co. Clare. The Manager will play a pivotal role in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.
About the role
The purpose of the role is to provide and delivery budgeted sales, team leadership, direction and coaching on all aspects of customers service, store operations enabling the team to achieve its KPI's and the overall departments performance goals.
In addition, the General Manager will ensure that all guidelines, processes, procedures to ensure that the right stock is in the right place at the right time to meet customer needs, by working closely with the buyers to ensure enough volume of stock is available to meet demand. Excellence in driving and showcasing the store through optimizing product visual merchandising, standards and guidelines is a priority.
The Store Manager will work closely with Centre Management, Facilities, Head of Marketing, Buying, Tourism Groups and Retail Operations Manager in setting out the commercial plan for the store.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Strong commercial acumen in managing the stores p & l, driving sales and kpis
2) Management of Finance budgets, labour and operating costs
3) Seizing accountability for the customer experience
4) Drive Tourism and experiences for the store
5) Driving efficient and effective operational and VM standards across the store
6) Lead, coach, motivate and develop the team.
You will also be able to show that you have:
A passionate, driven, and flexible Manager that thrives working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive sales through your team.
Excellent Business Know how and commercial Awareness.
Ability to lead and management change
Strong networking and people leadership skills
