Front Office Manager
Excel Recruitment is seeking a Front Office/Reservations Manager for a residential property in Dublin city centre. This property offers state of the art accommodation and shared living spaces to professionals for medium and long term stays. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Front Office or Reservations Manager to move away from Hotels and use their skill set to take on a new and exciting challenge.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Front office Team supporting other departments.
2. Driving sales and maintaining a high level of standards.
3. Achieving targets with staff and management
4. Ensuring that the Brand is well presented at all times
5. Create and enforce procedures that contribute to the smooth running of office
6. To ensure maximum occupancy is achieved on all high demand dates
7. Recruiting and Training of all new staff
8. Ensure Daily and weekly reports are prepared Management
Requirements:
9. A minimum of 2 years front office management experience
10. Ability to lead and develop a team in a busy environment
11. Details orientated and highly organised
