Your main responsibilities will be to assist all departments and department heads within a busy 4* hotel ensuring the smooth daily running of the business
RESPONSIBILITES
1. To work as part of a management team and to assist colleagues where necessary
2. To ensure the smooth running of all the hotels services whilst on duty at all times ensuring a high standard of service is met
3. To anticipate all guests needs and have the ability to address any complaints that may arise in a professional friendly manner
4. To assist in the training and development of staff members to ensure a memorable experience for guests
5. To ensure the security of the hotel, stocks and keys at all times whilst on duty
REQUIREMENTS
6. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel management is a distinct advantage
7. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task
8. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
9. Be proficient with hotel booking systems and programs such as Hotsoft and Opera
10. Strong management and interpersonal skills
PACKAGE ON OFFER
11. Competitive Salary of between €32,000 – €35,000 DOE
12. Be flexible to work a 45 hour week with a variety of early, mid and late shifts
