Role Summary: The Fabric Technician is responsible for maintaining the internal and external fabric of buildings, performing planned and reactive maintenance to ensure high standards. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, ensuring smooth facility operations and upholding safety and quality standards. Core Responsibilities: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies; participate in safety audits and maintain a zero-accident culture. Perform a variety of fabric maintenance tasks, including repairs (carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.), building fabric installations, and grounds upkeep. Respond to reactive maintenance requests, log and resolve issues promptly via CMMS and client ticketing systems. Actively participate in team meetings, communicate service impact, and ensure compliance with site procedures. Support project teams with refurbishments, renovations, and minor works, ensuring energy efficiency and continuous improvement. Engage in supplier management, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards. Assist with financial tracking, invoicing, and procurement of materials.
