H.R. Administrator,
County Donegal – South West
We are supporting a client who has a sizable workforce who are primarily focused on production. They have a deep heritage that spans decades and what has sustained their business over the decades is a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement. They have experienced exponential growth particularly in the last 5+ years. They now wish to recruit a H.R. Administrator to join the H.R. team.
Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Full responsibility for ensuring all relevant documentation received is stored safely for payroll purposes;
Answering Employee queries regarding their hours worked;
Supervision of Time Management System - including set up of employees for recording clock in/out and producing relevant reports;
Providing administrative services such as taking minutes from meetings and Disciplinary hearings as required;
Constant maintenance of Database and Spreadsheet resources for Payroll reporting.
Responsible for all communications to employees- electronically etc.
Using Microsoft Excel to prepare reports of Payroll Costs.
Key Skills:
You should have knowledge and experience supporting the H.R. / Payroll Officer/ Manager to produce the payroll meeting any deadlines.
Diverse and detailed experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.
Ability to work completely on own initiative.
Ability to work to deadline without undue stress.
Demonstrative ability to ensure confidentiality and full G.D.P.R are met.
Able to demonstrate an excellent attention to detail - not afraid to highlight errors in data, to protect the company.
Experience keeping a professional distance but also being approachable are preferable skills.
It would be preferable that you also have a second Language (Russian for e.g.)

Job Type: Full-time;
Permanent Role;
Salary -The starting/ minimum rate per hour would be €13.50 but negotiable DOE;
Ref - VAC-13472;
Schedule: 9am to 5.30pm 5 days per week.
Due to location of site - own transport would likely be needed for travel to and from work.
Full Support is given during training and further training opportunities encouraged.
