Duties & Responsibilities To manage the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Departments, ensuring standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times. Overseeing and managing multiple outlets with particular emphasis on the bar/beverage service Create and develop a professional team, working closely with the department managers to provide a seamless experience. Knowledge of menu design and engineering. Knowledge of food & beverage marketing/promotional techniques. A knowledge of purchasing and stock control Candidate: Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant F&B Manager/Bars Manager or F&B Manager. Passionate about Hospitality. Enjoys being present on the floor and involved in all aspects of a vibrate, busy environment. Skills: Communication People Management Leadership
