Key Responsibilities: Record goods receipts efficiently using the GRN App. Regularly monitor and analyze KPI data (daily, weekly, and monthly). Process material and plant requisitions from project teams, ensuring accurate details such as project specifics, sub-projects, and Work Breakdown Structures before submission to Procurement. Manage and coordinate bulk materials orders on a weekly basis. Establish and uphold site processes for GRN collection and processing, ensuring compliance via the GRN App. Address and resolve missing GRN issues by investigating non-compliance and collaborating with accounts payable, procurement, and commercial teams to resolve discrepancies such as missing delivery notes or order mismatches. Generate and review Open PO Reports for site analysis and decision-making. Maintain accurate project documentation, including GRN reversals, order amendments, and project closures. Perform additional site support tasks as needed within the scope of the role. Required Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or project support, ideally within the construction industry.
