The Role
My client, an international wholesale distributor is seeking an experienced French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their operations based in Mullingar. This is a full-time, office-based, 1 year fixed term contract with the possibility of permanency.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Tasks & Duties
* Accurately input customer information into the registration system, ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
* Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries, following up promptly to maximise opportunities.
* Maintain and organise contract files to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.
* Consistently achieve company sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Qualify leads, manage referrals, and proactively engage in cold calling to generate new business.
* Provide internal Key Account Management support as required.
* Drive productivity and meet performance benchmarks, contributing to team success.
* Assist the Sales Manager with designated tasks and projects, contributing to the team's overall success.
* Any ad-hoc duties as they arise.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* Fluency in both written and spoken French is essential.
* Minimum 2 year's experience in customer service, sales, tele sales or account management.
* Excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
* Computer literate with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
* Previous telemarketing and outbound call experience is desirable.
* Candidates must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
