We are currently seeking an Office Administration Manager to join a company based in Cork.
WHAT WE OFFER
* Competitive annual salary, ranging from €55,000 to €65,000, based on experience.
* Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Office Management: Organizing office tasks and maintaining supplies.
* Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Communication: Handling calls, emails, and inquiries.
* Client Coordination: Supporting client onboarding and experience.
* Project Support: Assisting with documentation and progress tracking.
* Event Coordination: Organizing company events and meetings.
* Financial Administration: Assisting with invoicing and expenses.
* HR Support: Assisting with onboarding and training.
* Data Management: Ensuring accurate data entry.
* Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel and accommodation.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
* Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred, but we are open to enthusiastic candidates who are quick learners and show strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
