Due to internal changes with this Kerry based team I am currently recruiting for a grade 3 clerical officer position. This position is supporting a key public sector service that makes life changing

Hourly pay: €14.86
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Day to day duties?
· Ongoing administration support with internal consultants across various locations
· Ongoing management of internal databases which will require great attention to detail.
· Supporting the business with coordination and scheduling of the day-to-day services
· Ongoing support of internal meetings, taking minutes, following up with agenda points etc
· Filing, scanning and management of records & files
· Answering calls & queries from service users in a professional and kind manner
What do you need to be considered?
· Availability to start within 1 -2 weeks to start a new role.
· Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
· Previous exposure to medical or clinical settings is advantageous
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask while supporting various internal departments.
