Graduate Inventory Analyst- 2 Year FTC

Our Fermoy, Ireland, facility is FDA registered and certified to ISO for the manufacture of high-quality PCBAs, subassemblies and complete devices up to and including Class III medical devices. Sanmina Fermoy’s core specialization is manufacturing automation. We provide services for the entire product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping and process validation to complex volume manufacturing & test, shipping and repair. Objectives;
11. Meet plant inventory and turns objectives
12. Minimize E&O and ensure early disposition at no cost to plant
Responsibilities:
13. Key driver for Inventory reduction strategy
14. Responsible for achieving Quarterly Inventory Turns Goal
15. Review changes in demand for adverse Inventory impact
16. Work with Purchasing team to ensure critical PO reschedules are achieved
17. Work with Shop Floor Control planners to ensure the MPS is achieved
18. Identification of process deficiencies and instigation of process improvements
19. Responsible for authorized scrap & disposition of E&O inventory to recognized partners and approved recyclers
20. Set and Meet Department Inventory KPI’S
21. Maintain Internal/External reporting templates and associated LOB analysis
22. Produce Daily /Weekly / Monthly Inventory status reports
23. Back up support to the other members of the teams
Requirements:
Essential:
24. QQI Level7/8 in relevant fields including suppy chain, finance or relevant areas
25. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word Processing and Powerpoint
26. Strong interpersonal skills
27. Analytical and numerate, creative problem solver
28. Strong Presentation skills.
Desirable :
29. Knowledge of ERP system mechanics (Oracle would be an advantage)
30. APICS/IIPIM qualified or in process of qualification
