Your new role
The job involves using hydraulic modelling software to analyse the capability of existing networks and maintain up-to-date information. The candidate will conduct network analysis to support internal stakeholders, write technical reports, coordinate consultancy services, and review output from network analysis. They will also support the development of policies and procedures for future networks, raise risks and issues for the Senior Network Planning Engineer, manage and develop relationships with stakeholders, and perform other duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The job requires strong proficiency in MS Excel and excellent reporting and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills, be a strong team player, and have a natural inclination to collaborate and share knowledge. Experience with software modelling tools is preferable but not essential. The candidate should be comfortable with change, able to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiency, and committed to developing new skills in themselves and others. Results-focused, the candidate should have a track record of getting results through others, be comfortable making and taking appropriate decisions, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
