The Assistant Process Technician supports process operations by maintaining optimal manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, troubleshooting issues, and providing general assistance in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in operating, monitoring, and adjusting machinery to maintain optimal production output and efficiency.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on process equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime.
* Support senior technicians in troubleshooting mechanical, operational, or process-related issues.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Monitor and document production data, including process conditions, output levels, and product quality.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
