Responsibilities
:
1. Escalation points for unresolved issues in the India TA Dealing team.
2. Collaborating with dealing team members to meet reporting deadlines and SLAs.
3. Handling day-to-day client reporting, including prediction reports, cash reports, and register reports.
4. Managing and analysing workflow queues.
5. Taking ownership of TA Dealing team activity for assigned clients.
6. Ensuring timely delivery of all agreed-upon deliverables.
7. Keeping procedures and checklists up to date.
8. Conducting data protection checks and ensuring externalmunication aligns with TA policies.
9. Maintaining close working relationships with other TA functional areas.
10. Collaborating with the team, internal departments, and group projects on allocated projects.
11. Timely response to client and investor queries.
