Due to rapid and extensive growth, we are now recruiting for a 2nd Childcare Enquiries Coordinator to support the business.
Enquiries Coordinator
Manage end to end process of placement bookings.
Deal with queries from parents and managers.
Liaise with Creche Managers to assess current and future availability.
Organise Viewings with managers and follow up.
Manage enquires/waiting lists and match to vacancies.
Ensure Creche Management Software is updated
Accurately record and keep children's bookings and information up to date.
Track leavers and starters.
Liaise closely with creche accounts team at HO
Constant communication with all involved people to ensure creche occupancy is optimised
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a busy administration / coordination role
Excellent customer care skills
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.
Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when required.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Relationship Building
Exceptional Phone Manner, particularly under pressure
HOURS OF WORK | Monday to Friday, 8 hours, specific hours to be confirmed
