BI and Data Analytics Senior Programme Manager 4-day week Hybrid, Dublin based long term Contract (2 years) It is a mandatory requirement, that you hold an Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent) Required Experience, Competencies & Skillsets 6+ years Project Management experience, of which four years must be at a Senior PM role; Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes; Sound business case development and approvals skills; Good knowledge of programme and project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2; Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme; Demonstrated knowledge of BI and data analytics projects and how to successfully complete these projects. Key Deliverables BI & DA Service Delivery: Relationship manager for Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team with respect to significant capital programmes and acquisition of funding (i.e. from parent projects where applicable) Ensure cross-team collaboration between team, the business and the broader IT Teams Use expertise to provide guidance and leadership to team and other technical initiatives Actively support project and service delivery management to establish best practice for monitoring and controlling activities Further establish and monitor/govern portfolio prioritisation model Act as conduit between all workstreams to breakdown silos and improve efficiency within the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team i.e. project/FA/Innovation/Support Organisational awareness: Relationship building across each of the directorates e.g. Chairing steering meetings Roll out service management and planning to all business units/directorates Structuring the federated programme of work ensuring appropriate balance across key stakeholders Review of Business Intelligence and Data Analyticss role publications/strategies/frameworks Mobilising the public transport data strategy External stakeholder management/relationship building Team structure and processes: Teamwork/collaboration initiatives General team management activities and improvements regarding same e.g. SharePoint/processes/approvals Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to approved standards and policies (Additional information is available on successful application) Ref: EET6277 oOo Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.
