Responsibilities Draft and negotiate technology agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and commercial contracts across sectors. Advise international and domestic clients on data protection, privacy compliance, and cybersecurity. Provide strategic advice on regulatory issues, e-commerce, consumer law, and soft IP matters. Product counsel advice, focusing on privacy and consumer-facing policies. Advise initial stages of contentious matters, including high-profile, multi-jurisdictional breach incidents.
