This role as a Tele-sales Executive will deliver the desired Mains Fed Water Cooler sales and performance targets within their assigned geography; working in partnership with the overall Sales Teams to deliver the Growth Plan through a significant period of growth for Culligan.
Responsible for ensuring KPI’s are achieved in meeting and exceeding your Sales Targets, through following up on Leads/Opportunities within our CRM system are met in alignment with our Growth Plan and product family strategy.
What this role involves:
· Responsible for driving Mains Fed Cooler growth (new and existing customers) within their geography
· Responsible for executing the Growth Plan within their geography ensuring alignment to wider business objectives
· Responsible for accurate and timely setup of all Tele-sales accounts
· Responsible for supporting your team and line manager in delivery of business objectives
· Responsible for maintaining strong communications with all departments and personnel
· Work closely with the necessary operational teams and the customer to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Mains Cooler Sales
· Responsible for accurate updating of our CRM with key information to enable successful and accurate measurement of Targets and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
· Responsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practice
· Responsible for personal compliance with and suggesting improvements to the end to end joining process, policies and procedures

· Demonstrated commercial awareness
· Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office tools
· A proven track record of providing good customer service
· Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve targets
· Telesales Experience
· Experience of working well independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge and demonstrated skills in utilising a CRM effectively
