We’re looking to offer a salary of €32,760 per annum. In addition, we offer 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements and customer priorities
* Communicate to shift / team on daily tasks, changes to working procedures, H&S, Audit etc
* Complete shift handovers accurately with oncoming / off going Team Leaders & Shift Manager
* Update your team on required targets / rates, and accuracy checks, providing training and feedback to colleagues, taking action on poor performance where required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, from goods in, to despatch
* Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
* Well-versed in warehouse management systems
* Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
