An Analyst / Sr. Analyst - Global Supplier Onboarding – Third Party Risk is required to join a leading global pharmaceutical business based in Cork with hybrid working. The focus of this role is to drive the third party onboarding program for global prioritized existing suppliers across multiple business functions and geographies.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting the global supplier onboarding process by engaging TPMOs and Procurement as they connect with engagement owners
2. Monitoring overall enterprise onboarding plan, understanding gaps through relationships with TPMO leaders.
3. Maintain the master schedule, ensuring alignment across functions and TPMOs and negating third party scheduling conflicts. Ensure alignment on ownership across the TPMOs, driving coordination and clarity on ownership. -Leverage parent/children data to simplify the schedule and keep aligned, seeking efficiencies for the business.-Partner with Procurement and TPMOs to map third parties’ structure, scope and onboarding strategy.
4. Assist with the global third party onboarding activities, including contributing to the overall global third party assessment design.
5. Leveraging data and contracting analysis for engagement owner identification and consult when needed with the respective TPMO for their queries-Driving connection of legal entities for global entities with the Aravo reporting and data operations
6. Assisting with US/Global quarterly Supplier Rationalization execution activities
The Person
7. Bachelor’s Degree
8. 3+ years Third party management experience / Customer facing experience
9. Procurement / Supplier Enablement / P2P background is preferred
10. SAP, Aravo or other comparable system experience
11. Excel skills in pivot tables and data lookups. Ability to analyze multiple data sets, joining and combining data
12. Experienced in process design and process improvement
13. Strong communication and influence skills
