We help customers maintain and upgrade their assets while working with them to digitalise their operations and make data work for them. For successful operations, we need experienced and passionate people to challenge ourselves and deliver first class customer service. This is your role. What part will you play? As head of projects within both onshore, (IE) and offshore, ( teams you will be responsible for delivery of outages, operations support and order management to a range of clients with differing technology. The role is technically and commercially responsible for all assigned contracts whether long-term maintenance contracts or open-market one-off contracts. In addition, you will also work closely with the Sales function to develop opportunities and manage key clients. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Act as focal point for all Customer issues concerning Siemens Energy’s rotating equipment fleet. Drive customer satisfaction and value add through ownership and entrepreneurship.
2. Co-ordination of unscheduled maintenance activities and breakdowns ensuring that a structured and considered approach is adopted.
3. Briefing of all personnel who shall travel to the Customer site. Conduct close monitoring of their activities whilst deployed and co-ordinate appropriate levels of support from back-office functions.
4. Commercially responsible for the onshore portion of outages and customer accounts with a focus on maximizing profitability through scope & risk management and upsell.
5. Lead and participate in cross functional improvement projects and initiatives to drive solutions in accordance with business needs.
6. Support Sales function by assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives to ensure project feasibility.
7. Develop strategic relationships with the product centers to ensure the desired level of service is attained across the fleet.
8. Contribute to data quality in all business systems associated with allocated customer accounts.
9. Travel to customer sites will be required.

19. Preferable to be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Project Management
20. Industry qualifications (IPMA, PMP, APM, PRINCE2 or PMI) are desirable.
21. Experience in use of Project Management tools OnePM, Excel, Microsoft Project, SAP, Salesforce or similar
22. Background experience in one or more of the following: PM Energy Industry, Energy Transition/Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, Power Generation
